Wow, it's almost Christmas. How did that happen? I guess it's just been a busy season.

I'm flying home tomorrow to be with my family for Christmas. It's my little cousin's first Christmas so that is exciting. I'm sure all the girls will be having fun with that, but at least our numbers are a little more even now.

I got an opportunity a few nights ago to do something awesome. Disneyland does a performance thing every Christmas - it's the telling of the Christmas story and some of the members of the LA Philharmonic go and play in the orchestra sometimes. I've been practicing with them and helping them organize that stuff and I took a copy of the music (shh) just for fun. But then something came up with one of the first chair violinists and she couldn't fulfill her performances so she asked me if I could sub in, and I did! It was so awesome. It's a whole different Disneyland experience and I loved it. I'm going to have to see if I can do it again next year.

I hope everyone has a good Christmas (or holiday, whatever you celebrate).

Soooo... a while ago Ella and I were hanging out, and one thing led to another, and things got pretty heated, and we came very close to going all the way. It was scary, but it also made me realize what I want and that this is serious. We haven't had an opportunity really since then, since I've been so busy, but at least now I'm prepared this time. I think. I don't know, really. But at least I didn't have a panic attack this time around.
